At The Wild Verge, our customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that
sometimes things don’t go as planned and we’re here to help. Please read the following
guidelines for exchanges and returns.
EXCHANGE
• HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
1. You can initiate an exchange in one of the following ways:

• EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY & TIMELINE:
1. Exchange requests must be raised within 6 days of delivery. Products must be:
Unworn and unwashed In original packaging With all original tags attached (If these
conditions are not met, the request will be denied and the product will be sent back to
the pickup address.)
• PICKUP & PROCESSING:
1. Once your request is approved, pickup will be arranged within 24 - 48 hours.
2. After pickup, we will generate a payment link for exchange charges (The charges are
₹130), and it will increase accordingly based on the number of items. For example,1
product ₹150 2 product 150
4. Upon payment verification, your exchanged product will be dispatched and delivered
within 3-7 working days.
5. Please note that in the event our courier partners do not offer pickup service at your
location, you will be required to ship the product to our warehouse using any available
courier or postal service of your choice.
Once we receive the returned product at our warehouse, we will process your exchange
promptly. The replacement item will be dispatched and delivered within the following
timelines:• Metro cities: 3-5 working days
• Non-metro cities: 3–7 working days
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us serve you better.
• WRONG ITEM RECEIVED / MISSING ITEM:
1. If you receive an incorrect item, size or if products are missing. Please report the
issue within 24 Hours via Email/WhatsApp.
(Requests submitted beyond this timeframe will not be considered.)
2. To initiate the process: (Sharing a clear and uninterrupted unboxing video is required
to process your request. The video must visibly demonstrate the condition of the items
upon delivery, highlighting any discrepancies or issues of the product received along
with your order ID.)
3. If you receive a wrong product, defective product, or if your product is missing, upon
verification, we’ll arrange the pickup and send the correct or missing item to you free of
cost.
• PRODUCT CONDITION:
1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
2. All tags and packaging must be intact.
3. Retain the original outer packaging (box/bag) until the issue is resolved.
• IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Exchange charges of Rs.130(min) apply for all regular exchanges.
(If your order does not meet the exchange criteria, the request will not be processed.
RETURN
• HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:
1. If you’re not satisfied with your order and would like to return it for any reason, the
return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. You can initiate the return in one of the following ways:

• PICKUP ARRANGEMENTS:
1. We’ll schedule a pickup within 24-48 hours of raising your request.
2. Reverse pick-up is subject to service availability in your area based on the pin code.
3. In exceptional cases, if reverse pick-up is not available at your location, you may be
requested to send the product to us using a reliable courier service.
Important Note:
If your reverse pick-up is not completed within 24–48 hours after approval, please
contact us immediately so we can reinitiate the request with our courier partners.
Pickup delays in certain areas may be beyond our control and may require follow-ups.
If we are not informed and the 7-day return or exchange window expires, we may not be
able to process your return or exchange request.
• ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:
1. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.
2. Items not meeting these conditions will be returned back to you and the return
request will not be accepted.
• REFUND METHOD:1. Once the product is successfully picked up and passes quality checks, we will issue
a Store Credit.
2. The Store Credit will be sent to your registered mobile number and email.
3. You can use this credit during your next purchase at checkout.
• RETURN CHARGES:
1. A reverse pickup fee of 130 (min) will be deducted from the total amount before
issuing the Store Credits.
• IMPORTANT NOTE:
1. Returns and exchanges are only accepted for unused products with original tags and
packaging.
2. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method.
3. Store Credit are valid for purchases made only on thewildverge.com
REFUND POLICY
At The Wild Verve, we’re committed to ensuring you have a smooth shopping
experience. While we do not offer direct refunds to the original payment method for
returns, we provide a flexible refund option in the form of Store Credit for eligible
returns.
• REFUND TYPE (STORE CREDIT ONLY):
1. We do not process monetary refunds (bank transfer, credit/debit card reversal, UPI,
etc.) for returns.
2. Approved return requests will be refunded in the form of a Store Coupon (Store
Credit), which can be used for future purchases on our website.
HOW STORE CREDIT WORKS:1. Once your returned product is picked up and passes the quality check, a Store
Coupon will be issued.
2. This coupon will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.
3. You can redeem the Store Coupon at checkout while shopping.
(The coupon is valid on all products and can be used only once.)
• CONDITIONS FOR REFUND VIA (STORE CREDIT):
1. To be eligible for a refund in the form of Store Credit:
2. Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
3. Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging
intact.
4. A reverse pickup charge of ₹99 (min) will be deducted from your Store Credits.
• NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONs:
Used or damaged products
Missing original tags or packaging
Return request initiated after the 7-day window
Items returned without prior approval or pickup arrangement.
ORDER CANCELLATION: (PREPAID ORDERs)
1. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. If canceled before dispatch, you

Wash Care Instructions
To help your activewear last longer and maintain its performance, please follow these
care guidelines:
General Guidelines
• Machine wash cold (30 °C or below) with like colors.
• Avoid washing white garments with colored garments to prevent color
transfer.
• Use mild detergent. Avoid fabric softeners and bleach.
• Do not dry clean.• Avoid hanging black or dark-colored garments in direct sunlight to prevent
color fading.
• Wash inside out to protect the fabric surface and prints.
• Gentle cycle recommended.
• Tumble dry on low heat or air-dry flat.
• Warm iron if needed. Avoid ironing directly on any of our prints.
• Do not wring or twist printed clothes.
• Lay flat to dry in shade. Avoid tumble drying to preserve elasticity.
Pro Tip:
Avoid harsh detergents and high heat to maintain stretch, color, and shape.
